Hi......I have had a pars defect for 10 years( small fracture at L5 with some minor displacement above it) sorry not very technical. I have managed to get some semblance of fitness on two occasions since then with a lot of effort(read severe distress).
I had an mri and lots of x-rays with dye.
I have started to walk/run again (walking with the occasional short jog).
I'm just wondering if there is a trustworthy source of core rehab exercises on the web?
Or do you think I should seek some advice from my GP or private sports injury clinic?
I want to strengthen my core muscles and my dream is to be able to jog/run again.
