There are exercises and stretches that can help. I went to physical therapy and learned some, basically to strengthen your core muscles. Also always have adequate support for your low back when you sit. I use a small cushion called a lumbar roll, and never sit on a bench with no back. You can find videos on the internet. Just google exercises for low back pain, or muscle imbalance. Hope you find relief. Also I took motrin or alleve, and walking is always good.
