i am having a caudal epidural for pain caused by siatica if this does not work what is the next procedure

they can repeat the inject two more times after the first one. You can only have three injections in a year.

Have you tried physical therapy?

It all depends. Have you had an MRI and what are the findings? Have you had a consultation with an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon and/or Neurosurgeon? They can evaluate you, your symptoms and your MRI findings to determine what might be causing your sciatica.
