At first I was in agony trying to do simple stretching exercises. Now after a couple of weeks the symptoms of back pain seem to be improving. My hip still is killing me from time to time in the morning mostly. I still feel the area has issues but usually after the stretch I don't feel pain for a long time. I have a cold and of course it settled in my back hindering my progress, because today I feel horrible but I believe it's this cold/flu. I will keep u posted.
