First I want to say that my English is not very good so probably I won't explain well and I may have grammar mistakes but I hope I'll make it.
I am 18-year old girl and lately I've recognized that the back of my neck has bulged out. I mean, it is not something serious but the bone has got bended. I think the reason is that most of the time while sitting in front of the computer or sitting on the chair at school or even walking on the street tired I stay stooped.. I don't know if you can understand my explanation though...
My neck does not still look like this but I think if I don't take care of it (like sitting uncomfortably on the chair etc.) maybe it will change it's shape.
Can you give me advice what excercises I can do for my back to be in it's normal shape? I hope somebody knows and can help.
