i bought one that has a heating pad and built in vibrating massagers. got lucky and found it at the price club for a little over 200 dollars. i really like it, it is made by medtronics. i don't really use the vibrating motors, i don't think they do much, but the heating pad is great. also, you can recline and find that position that is just right, it takes the weight off of the problem area. beware, some of them are very expensive, and i feel the economical one works just as well. chris
