5 months post surgery L4L5 fusion/Laminectomy
I'm doing well except for sharp pain when moving on my right waist location. I only have hardware on the right side. My surgeon took xrays and said it looks good. He feels its muscular skeletor and need to live with it and give it more time. Has anyone experienced this. Any suggestions?

are you allowed to be moving your waist at 5 months? i'm still immobile in a brace at 9 weeks
