dizziness from c1 and c2 atlas and axis?

i have been dizzy for about 4 months... have had ALL kinds of test run they all come back normal. have seen GP,ENT,neurologist and ER many times and they seem to think it allergies.

today (few mins ago) i went and saw a chiropractor, he said it could be cause by my c1 and c2 atlas being out of place, which he said it was.

he did a small adjustment to that area (i cant lay on my stomach to get full adjustment i just had gallbladder removed a few days ago)

seems to help, unless my mind is just playing tricks on me....

has anyone had this problem at all?

Re: dizziness from c1 and c2 atlas and axis?

so you just have vertigo?? did he do an xray and see that your c1 and c2 were misaligined? my hubby had dizziness for almost a year. they did xrays, mri, scans of all sorts and told him it was nothing... he went to a Physical therapist that specializes in neurology and it only took one tx. some times your crystals in your ear get out of wack, they have some kind of tx and movements that helps this... Its worth checking out if it comes back again... make sure to ask if the PT specializes in Neurology...
