pars defect surgery success what can you do?

Hi, I have a pars defect from my mid 20's I'm now 43.It restricts everything I do in daily life.

For those of you who have had success with surgery, what does success mean?.

Can you? jog, run, ride a bike, swim, work without pain, walk over the hills with your dog, hiking?.

What eactly can you do now you've had it rectified? I would love to know.

This injury has shaped my life for over 15 years and it's not the person I want to be......
