Feeling/hearing fluid in neck after Cervical Epidural

Hi!
I had a cervical epidural this morning for a herniated disc (C 2 and 3). I have always had the pain on my left side. After the procedure, which was completed under sedation with fluroscopy, I came home, had lunch and took a nap. When I woke up, I had a stiff neck and some pain on the right side. When I tried to lightly massage the area, I could hear the swooshing of liquid in my upper shoulder, neck and under my ear. This has me pretty freaked out! My husband listened and could hear it also. It sounds like water being pushed around a sealed ziploc bag, but on a much smaller scale.

Has anyone ever experienced this? If I hear it tomorrow I am going to call the doctor. I am just hoping it is some saline that my body hasn't absorbed. Otherwise I am feeling pretty well!

Thanks for any information!
