First time poster here so I will try and do my best to explain what has been going on in my life. This all started last March , first symptoms was that my left testicle would feel like it is being pulled downwards. This happened on and off for awhile and stopped. Next is when I started getting a dull pressure/pain/pulling sensation in and around the anus to best describe it. It gets worse as day progresses and is relieved when I stand or sleep/ lie down.
I have seen Osteopaths and Physio Therapists , nothing we tried with them helped. Physio stated he thought my tendons in that area had shrunk and were doing this pulling sensation I am feeling. My family doctor seemed to agree but it is not going away and really is quite annoying. Now because of bad posture because it is not comfortable I am getting sore legs and back from over compensation. At the end of the day it can give me some sharp little shots of pain but not overly.
Now I do not know what else I can give to help you guys help me figure this out but I am hoping. I have also seen a chiropractor who has helped me realign my back. Nothing I have tries yet has diminished this annoying pain in and around the butt.
Some other useful information is that everyone I have seen have told me that my muscles are all really tight and no maneuverability at all. Could it be muscular in my case ? Any other information I can give you please let me know. Also I have had an Xray and an MRI which as per all who saw it showed nothing serious.

new sensation I had last night if this can help, right in the area where the anus is on either side of it I felt a pinch there last night while walking at the end of the day. Not crippling but annoyingly painfull, just an over all feeling in the area of pulling and pressure. Even had an area really sensitive last night near there which felt really itchy and sensitive to the touch. Hope this helps !!!!!
Hi another thing I am sure I did not mention is this all started with what can only be described as a feeling that your left testicle is being pulled downward and the only way to feel relief is to grab it and pull it back upwards. This is how this whole thing started and comes back every now and then. It happened last night in the train going home . Kept feeling like the left testicle wanted to keep pulling downwards even after readjusting how I sit and pulling it back up. I hope this helps someone figure this out for me ?
