Hello, had surgery on my C3, 4, and 5, had hardware put in between each, does any one have any idea on how long I will be off work? My work is at a grocery store and we lift 20 plus pounds, check and so forth, thanks!

I've had 3 lumbar surgeries including two fusions and the typical weight limit is 10 pounds for the first six weeks...varies from surgeon to surgeon...and you'd be off work at least 2 months, perhaps longer.
