| DELAYED Pain after Discography
I found this interesting, and just passing it along...
I had a discography prior to my surgery and my pain was not reproduced right away, therefore my discography was considered to be "inconclusive". In a traditional discography, the results are dictated immediately, and whatever happens in the recovery room, or after the patient goes home is not taken into consideration. The doctors I've spoken with, including my surgeon didn't seem to be familiar with why my pain was delayed.
I finally found a possible answer, which may in fact make the results of my discogram "conclusive", and confirm that my pain was indeed originating from the suspected disc.
