| Very achy fatigued low back muscles
Does anyone know of relief for this other than heat or Tylenol? I've had achy muscles for a long time. I have chronic fatigue with a little bit of a fibro component. Also two back surgeries and a pain pump put in last week. I asked about Baclofen for that (the oral makes me sick) but he said it wouldn't help ache, only spasms. I can't tell how much of it is because of back pain but the pump was adjusted up today, lowering the pain, but the ache and fatigue is the same.
