| Post micro discetomy
I had a microdisectomy jan 2012 at l5 s1, the surgery went well With the exception I had a spinal cord leak and had to lay flat in the hospital bed for 3 days. I've had numbness is my butt since they surgery, a lot have gone away with time but i still feel it on my left side butt cheek. It's not really numbness at this poin it's more of a pressure, pulling sensation. Since m surgery I have been having a hard time holding my urine, I have to wer pads everyday, I also have had problems with bowel movements, I havent been able to go since surgery unless I use a suppository. I have a appt with my surgeon again in a week and a half, I'm so scared something else is wrong, has anybody else had these problems. Is this normal. I know it takes time for the nerves to heal,but I keep looking things up online and I'm getting my self more worried there is something really wrong
