pain 8 mths post laminectomy&spinal tumour removal

i had a laminectomy at L4 and benign schwanomma tumour removed in Aug 2011. in the last few days i have been experiencing the same sciatic type pain i initially felt pre-op and now also numbness and tingling down my right thigh and leg after i have been standing for longer than 1 hr. has anyone else ever experienced this 8 months or so after surgery similar to mine?
