This may not be the proper place to update. I feel almost guilty compared to the suffering some are going through. On Tuesday I had 4 Bilateral lumbar facet injections, I could after the swelling went down walk again normally, with the free swing of my hips, I missed it and had almost forgotten what it feels like. The spine place is weird and not very informative I was afraid when the technician asked where is your pain that I could not point out the place that they would say well there is no point . My husband is very sick with a cronic lung condition on O2, updrafts and much more we went to the ER he is home again and ok. Yesterday for our farm I threw tires and forked the rotten layer of the top of the silage pile into the loader, the cows have been getting sick I would have liked to do more, but I don't want to risk losing what I have gained.
