Unhappy Update: I had 4 Bilateral lumbar facet injections

This may not be the proper place to update. I feel almost guilty compared to the suffering some are going through. On Tuesday I had 4 Bilateral lumbar facet injections, I could after the swelling went down walk again normally, with the free swing of my hips, I missed it and had almost forgotten what it feels like. The spine place is weird and not very informative I was afraid when the technician asked where is your pain that I could not point out the place that they would say well there is no point . My husband is very sick with a cronic lung condition on O2, updrafts and much more we went to the ER he is home again and ok. Yesterday for our farm I threw tires and forked the rotten layer of the top of the silage pile into the loader, the cows have been getting sick I would have liked to do more, but I don't want to risk losing what I have gained. Best wishes for all spineys.

I'm so sorry you are going through all that. You have a lot on your plate. I'm glad the injections gave you some relief though, that is a great sign! I'm glad your husband is okay as well.

Just remember not to push yourself too hard, because it won't help you or your husband or the cows if you are down. I have to think about that when I get upset that the house needs cleaned and stuff needs done. If I'm not able to take care of my kids what good is a clean house?

Take care of yourself!

Good luck to you and I'll keep you in my prayers.
