How's everyone now? Similar symptoms

Hi everyone!

I experience similar aches, some loss of feelings on fingers & toes, neck, thorasic, lumber discomfort, mostly on the left side, though at times the right is affected too.

My previously frozen shoulder is much better now though 'adjusting' it by lifting hand in different positions seems to affect my breathing issue. I now relieve myself thru this whenever it happens.

Xrays show that my spine has some degenerations so I believe it's all from there.

I wonder how everyone here has progressed? Pray you've solved your issue significantly..

Re: How's everyone now? Similar symptoms

Hi Singaporefriend,
I have DDD also. I went to therapy for 2 years and had epidural spinal injections. My pain was from L4,L5 and S1. I had sciatica, numbness and pain and tingling! Two weeks ago I had a discectomy, Laminectomy and fusion and I feel better already! My leg pain is gone! I only have wound pain and that's all.
How are you doing and what are your plans to get better?
Good Luck!

Re: How's everyone now? Similar symptoms

Hi aleet7, thanks for the post!

Pray you'll recover well after the op.

By the way what's DDD?

I'm doing massage, stretching, some jogging / brisk walk, staying relax, sleeping well, to best manage my situation.

Planning to go to a Chiropractor too. A Gonstead Chiro.. understand there's a difference between different Chiros.

Certainly hope not to go for any op.

You take good care of yourself.

We won't know how important health is until we are 'struggling' isn't it
