Upper Back Pain (Right Shoulder)

Hi my name is Remington, and about 6 months ago I was in a car accident after breaking my arm that day in a skiing accident. Anyways, after the accident I didn't really work hard afterwards and didn't feel anything, thinking that I was healed (I broke my nose in the accident and had to have two surgeries because the first didn't work). But about a month ago, I started up in football at my local high school, and just two weeks ago I felt some back pain in my upper back on my right shoulder blade. It only happened a little bit at first, but after getting pads on for football, I started feeling the pain constantly. Any ideas? I've been considering doing some yoga, but wanted to get some advice.
Thanks!
