can someone please translate my MRI findings where i can understand whats going on?

I will type it exactly how the MRI results read:

Findings: There is mild retrolisthesis of L2. There is loss of intervertebral disk space, height and signal intensity at L2-3 to L5-S1, No intrathecal masses are seen. The conus medullaris is in normal position. There are no areas of pathological signal intensity within the bone marrow of the vertebral bodies to suggest an acute fracture or neoplasm. At T10-11 there is a right paracentral disk herniation identing the ventral aspect of the thecal sac.

Axial images at L2-3 and L3-4 show disk bulging and facet degeneration with central annular tears.

At L4-5, there is disk dulging and facet degeneration with a central disk herniation abutting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac.

At L5-S1, there is spondylosis and facet arthrosis causing moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.

Impressions:

1. L2-3 and L3-4 disk bulging and facet degeneration with central annular tears.
2. L4-5 disk bulging and facet degeneration with a central herniation abbuting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac.
3. L5-S1 spondylosis and facet arthrosis causing moderate bilateral neural forminal stenosis.. Subcentimeter facet cyst right L5-S1 indenting the paraspinal musculature..

Can anyone please explain this to me? I have never hurt my back... just have always had back pain since i was about 15 yrs old or so! Thanks in Advance!
