Still in pain
After having a slipped. Disc for two years and two operations my back is still. Very. Much killing me my doc said I have nerve damage my leg and back are still very much hurting all day just wanted to know if that's normal and how long does nerve damage take to heal thankyou

Hi Dear, hope you recover soon. i had a same problem of back pain but discovered the reason being spondilitis and some light exercises helped me why don't you go to a good physiotherapist.
