I had a motor vehicle accident two months ago and had a lumbar mylogram with post mylogram ct the results said this Lumbar mylogran mod degen disc disease & disc space narrowing @L5-S1, assoc anterior & lateral indentation on the thecal sac bil at L5-S1, minimal anterior indention thecal sac L4-L5 and

Post Myelogram CT- significant degen disc disease W/signif intervertebral disc space narrowing at L5-S1-Focal protrusion of a disc & osteophyte complex on (R) which encroach mildly on the spinal canal & encroach on ® neural foramen Broad based (L) paracentral disc & osteophyte appear to narrow the left neural foramen

What does it mean?
