Post Myelogram CT- significant degen disc disease W/signif intervertebral disc space narrowing at L5-S1-Focal protrusion of a disc & osteophyte complex on (R) which encroach mildly on the spinal canal & encroach on ® neural foramen Broad based (L) paracentral disc & osteophyte appear to narrow the left neural foramen
