JustShirl8 Newbie (female) Join Date: Dec 2012 Posts: 1	sciatica or what? I have been having pain in my buttocks and down my leg..... it gets so bad i HAVE TO SIT DOWN..... IT IS LIKE A SPASM..... I WENT TO A BACK DOCTOR AND HE SAID HE COULDN'T TELL ANYTHING by the xrays..... so he suggested I get an MRI..... i HAVE been doing some yoga stretches for my hips and it seems to help right after but then it comes back again..... thanks
