I had this 5 months ago. I am learning new ways to "bend", involving more of hips and basically pushing my butt back alot to try and explain it to you. I also do squats now and basically you learn better/improved ways to move, etc. But do NOT do this on your own-insist on Physical therapy and lots of it-some don't get any, my dr wasn't going to give me much but I insisted to him that I wanted as much as my ins would cover as I wanted to be in BETTER physical shape post op than I was preop as I was never in shape in my life, could never touch my toes, etc. So I'm still looking at apx 2 more months if not more of PT and like I said, i've been doing pt since day #2 and I am 5 months post op.
