My MRI results in May 2010 states :-
Narrowing of Rt & Lt C4/C5 & C5/C6 exit foramina secondary to disc protusion uncinate process hypertrophy complex
Narrowing of the Lt C6/C7 exit foramina secondary to Lt disc protusion - uncinate process hypertrophy complex .
In 2010, I had physiotheraphy etc and the pain on my left arm & shoulder went away. In April this yr, I begin to get pain on my right shoulder. From then on the pain went to the base of my head on the right and right side of the neck . My neck is stiff , and it feels tender . Has the condition become worst ? In layman terms what does my MRI report says ? Plse help
