gust been to doctors had xrays on back mi problem is hav prominent osteophytes of middorsal vertebrae wat can i do to stop pain

Can you supply us with a lot more details. Are you saying you DID have an MRI? If so, many of us who have been thru MRI's post the findings from the narrative report.

Also who are you treating with? I would suggest if you have back/spine issues that you treat with an orthopedist/neurosurgeon & one that is specifically trained in spine related issues.

Can you also tell us what your symptoms are as to pain. Where it is? Is it radiating; tingling; pin & needles; burning etc.

We really do need a lot more information before we comment...Thanks

mi pain is in lower back no spasm but most days can be bent over from pain cant straighten up hav had physio but no better
