T-spine vertebrea shifted towards chest?

My husbands chiro said he saw that on a chest CT film he took to him. Said it is highly unusual and can't believe he has had no trauma to cause it but it could be the cause of all his back/shoulder pain. His chiro is going to call our family physician to discuss it further.

Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on this. Thanks.
