Multiple Artificial Disc Lumbar

Has anyone received payment from insurance for Multiple level Artifical disc Lumbar replacement surgery? Please would you send me you name, date and insurance. This past August I had 3 ADR placed in Germany by Dr. Bertagnoli from S1 to L3. Writing insurance appeal and need "precedent" of any payments by insurance. Please help!

Can't help you with that, but would love to know how you are doing and how the discs are working out for you.

Actually I am doing very well. I am very pleased. Have my life back!

That's wonderful to hear. As you know, they don't really do multiple level in the US -- actually it is getting rare to find one levels recently....I'm not sure why that is other than insurance carriers never really got behind the procedure....

I know. I went to Germany. But I did have a US doctor that said he could do it. I am trying to help change the insurance situation. I am appealing the denial with a little help from the Insurance Warrior. It would just be helpful if I could find anyone that has won an appeal with 2 or more levels with any insurance provider.
