4 more years of pain normal???

At the age of 20 I had micro d surgery in 08 for a herniation at l5s1 that had presented itself a year and a half prior. Within a year of the surgery the herniation was back along with scar tissue build up around the nerves. I went from 220 lbs to 165 thinking this would help my back heal on its own. I am in the best shape of my life yet the pain is just getting worse, I just want to know if I'm not the only one... I see everyone post about being "back to normal" within a year or so, so you obviously see how discouraged I am To make matters worse I recently found out I'm expecting, about 9wks DEF not planned but excited, and my pain has already increased dramatically.... I would just love for someone to say been there done that because I'm feeling quite alone in my problem.......
