About three weeks ago I was at the shop where I volunteer. Someone left a box on the counter, so I moved it. It had clothes on the top, so I assumed that was all that was in it... I slid it from the counter, and got hold of it, and it was then that I realised it wasn't just clothes..... It had books in over half of it, but only a thin layer of clothes over the top -_-
Anyway, I dropped it, only I kept hold of it if that makes sense, so I ended up suddenly bending down and might have twisted my back while I tried to stop it from flipping over completely and dropping from a great height, in case anything breakable was in it.
I didn't think anything more of it. I had a bruised knee from where the box hit that, but nothing more. The next day however I became aware of a pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades. It hurts when I twist around, if I stretch my shoulder blades (by putting my shoulders forward), sometimes when I bend down and when I'm in bed and turn over.
I didn't bother with it, just popped a couple of pills to kill the pain, but it's still there... what could I have done to it that's lasted for 3 weeks?
