| Mir of dorsal spine 1
More than 2 years just sleeping mode .... Today my narro(dr.) says that i can't walk ... can i make second opinion
MIR OF DORSAL SPINE
Plain MIR of the dorsal spine was pweformed in multiple signal intensities in multiple planes. It reveals:
Clinical profile:H/o trauma.
Loss of normal dorsal curvature is noted.
Partial wedge compression fracture of the D5 vertebral body is seen with slight retrolsthesis.
Partial posterior wedging of the D4 vertebral body with altered signal intensity within.
Altered signal intensity is seen in the spinal cord from D3 to D5 vertebral levels. It appears bulky. Pre & para vertebral soft tissue hematoma is noted.
Bilateral mild pleural effusion is noted.
Rest of the dorsal vertebra bodies show normal size, countours and marrow signal intensities. Facet joints appear normal. Dorsal intervertebral discs show nomal heigt and contours with normal signal intensities.
CONCLUSION:
Loss of normal dorsal curvature.
Partial wedge compression fracture of D5 vertebral body with slight retrolisthesis.
Parcial posterior wedging of the D4 vertebral body with altered signal intensity within.
Altered signal intensity in the spinal cord from D3 to D5 vertebral levels. It appears bulky.
Pre & para vertebral soft tissue hematoma.
Bilateral mild pleural effusion.
Final Diagnosis : #D5 Vertebra
C4-C5 , C5-C6 disc bulge.
SURJURY :- DORSAL SPINE FIXATION + D4-D5 LAMINECTORY DONE,
