Stiff lower back problems
Since I started deadlifting (trial a gym where it has free weights for this), I've started getting lower back pain. The trial was only for about 2 weeks, so I deadlifted maybe 4 times in that period. I'm not new to the gym, so I think I had good form and my back was strong enough to go heavy on the lifts. That was about 2 weeks ago and I've still got the pain, which I feel when I bend down.
Also, when I walk, my back gets really stiff, so when I tilt my hips forward, it cracks. Note that I can crack my back like this then literally 2 mins later I can do it again. This has been going on for years, maybe I just have a stiff back. I sit at a desk a large chunk of the day, but I exercise 4-5 times a week.
Reckon anyone has advice?
