I don't care for Clinique's products - they caused a lot of breakouts for me. It's quite possible that you need to exfoliate more often than once a week. And your skin didn't get dull overnight, so the dullness won't go away overnight either - you'll probably just see a gradual improvement.

Jojoba will balance oil production, soften the skin, help unclog pores, & MAY help with fine lines. For more benefits, you'd really need to add some essential oils. Aromaleigh makes some great products for the skin - I have some of theirs, and I also mix up some of my own.

I don't care for Oil of Olay products either (even though my dh works for P&G) - again with the breakouts. I've been using some of Skin Biology's products - specifically their Copper Peptide serum, Exfol serum, & emu oil. I've seen a big difference in my skin. With these products, you exfoliate the skin & then regenerate new, healthy skin.
