I used to use a hair-removing cream which i believe has darkened my wheatish skin even more. What do i do to reverse the effect? I hope its not permanent.
What do i do to keep my dry lips moist all day long. They dry up pretty quickly esp. if i am nervous.

You may want to see a dermatologist for the skin - not sure about that, but for lips - I find blistex the most moisturizing. You could keep the chapstick on at all times as well (they have nice flavors) but to repair and keep - blistex to me is the best for softening.

id go for the ones that have no patroleum or alcohol. chapstick actually only mosturizes short term, but long term makes the problem worse so that you use more. the alcohols dry you out....so read the ingredients (and anything hyphenated with an alcohol, ie cytel-alcohol)

Lips- my all time favorite subject. The reason you'll find them drying out is probably because you lick them whether you're aware of it or not. I just draw this conclusion cuz you said especially when you're nervous. Try not to use fruity or tastey smelling chapsticks, they'll cause you to want to lick your lips more. Also, try to find a chapstick with no petroleum. Use stuff like carmex- you will not be licking your lips with that stuff on for sure! It has petroleum- but it's cheap and easy.

I have extremely dry lips that crack and bleed. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with blood on my teeth and my top lip split.

My doctor told me to slather my lips with A&D ointment at night, and it really helps! A&D is good because it is doesn't wear off easily. Lips don't produce oil like skin does, and licking dries them out further.
