 best hair color
ok, i'm having trouble deciding what color to dye my hair next. right now my hair is medium blonde with a lot of natural blonde hightlights, which i did myself a couple months ago but my roots have come in. i have medium warm skin and hazel eyes. i want to keep the highlights but probably less of them this time, but i don't now what to make my base color. i was thinking maybe a dark or medium ash blonde...because i'm afraid that non-ash would be reddish. what do you think? and also, how do i touch up? do i color my entire head with the base color and then just do the cap and hook highlights on top? (i used excellence cremelights too, very nice, and i'll probably use again) or do i just retouch my roots somehow? any suggestions? thanks
