If you're looking for something that can be purchased locally, you might like Coppertone Oil-free sunless tanner - it usually doesn't cause any problems with breakouts. It also tends to be more of a reddish-brown than a golden-brown.
A lot of people don't like Banana Boat for the face - it's pretty greasy & tends to cause breakouts.
Personally, I like JamaicaMeTan - but you can only buy it online. It's an anirbrush tanning solution, but I put it in a spray bottle & use a velour puff to blend. I also like SUN Laboratories Ultra Dark lotion - sometimes you can find it locally.
Also - the face usually has to be tanned every other to every 2 days - if you're exfoliating everyday, you may have to tan your face everyday, too.
