Prenatal Vitamins for Hair/Nail Growth?
Was hoping to get input from anyone who has ever taken Prenatal Vitamins to increase hair or nail growth. How long does it take to see results and are there any undesirable side effects?

I'm hoping to help my nails along before my highschool reunion later this summer!
