Treatments for Discolored Lips - Beauty & Cosmetics Message Board

I had a cold sore that left a white mark on my lip and has not gone away in over 5 months.I know its not a scar because the lip texture is still there but the lip color isnt.I am also a guy so I cant use lipstick.If someone knows any treatments or products that might help please let me know.

How about permanent makeup? It's not really makeup so don't get scared! It's just tattooing over your lips. If all you want is for them to fill in the spot, I'm sure they could do it. But you can't get it done at a tattoo parlor, you have to go to a place that does permanent makeup.

The spots are not that big so I dont think I need to tattoo my lips but it would be nice if there was some kind of product that restores lip color.I have searched hundreds of products and have found a few that help "heal damaged lips" but I dont know if that would help.If someone has had any type of lip injury(surgery etc.) and used a product that helped heal your lips please tell me about it.
