bumps in nail polish what's up?

It seems that when I paint my nails in the summer time I get these little bumps all over them. Not sure if it has to do with humidity or what. I use a good base coat and OPI polish so it's not cheap product. Anyone else have this happen? Any solutions or suggestions.
thanks,

I was told NOT to blow on the nails to get them to dry faster....use a fan instead...Thatas what causes the lil air bubbles to form...

I was told it's the fan that makes those bumps and bubbles. It never happens to me when I do my own nails...only at salons when they fan my nails dry.

Thanks for the responses. I don't blow on my nails so I don't think that's the problem. But maybe the shaking of the bottles I will try that.

That also happened to me a few times. I was told that I was shaking the bottle too hard - that's what causes air bubbles. Just gently roll the bottle from side to side then top to bottom and let sit for a minute before applying. Hope this helps!

It has to do with where you are storing your polish and the temperature / humidity of the room you are polishing them in- make sure you are storing it in a cool place- such as your basement, and make sure when you are polishing that you are in an air conditioned environment- using a speed dry top coat should also help
