Obviously, the easiest way is to have someone do it for you.
But if that's not possible, then you can go to Walmart, Target, or some place similar & buy a lotion applicator. They're usually in the bath & body dept. - they'll have a long handle. You just put some of the ST on the applicator & then apply it to your back. Don't worry so much about blending it in, just be sure that you cover all the areas.
