i'm looking for hair gel that has EXTREME hold. I've tried ICE Spicer, all the got2b product line,and many other products but they don't seem to hold it very well. Somone told me of this organic gel that is black but I don't know what it's called. any help would be appreciated. also any good wax with extreme hold?

It's called protein gel. It cost about 3 or 4 dollars for a big jar. Some hair salons use it to do hairstyles. It's suppose to be better for your hair than hairspray and it doesn't flake.

You have GOT to try this new L'Oreal Studio Line stuff called "Grab." It has these tiny little fibers in it that help hold your hair. The stuff is seriously like glue. Be careful, though. It's very hard to comb or brush out, but it does seem to come out OK when you wash your hair.

LA looks makes a gel that is great. It is the blue one. I think it is called sports gel? Anyways, it holds up to everything, even humidity. It is the dark blue one. Also, their yellow one is pretty strong too...just look for the highter leveled ones.
