I have black hair and carmel/cocca colored skin. I wondered what color highlights would look really good with my hair. I thought most of you could give me some good input!

I think that carmel or golden highlights would look really pretty! I think blonde would be too much since you have black hair. I know this isn't much help...but hey.. I TRIED! lol

One time, I was getting my hair done, and my stylist has really dark brown/black hair. She had vibrant red highlights. I thought it looked awesome!!!

All of the above are great suggestions....deep burgundy highlights would look great too...It really depends on how dramatic of an effect you're looking for.

Look through magazines for someone with your color skin and hair, who has highlights. That would give you an idea of what it might look like.
