I have a friend with the smae problem and she uses Loreal Foaming Face wash for oily skin, It comes in a baby blue tube. They have it in blue and pink,and the Toner as well, which u have to shake, cause it has a powder. Until now its been the best thing she's used. She also used rice paper throughout the day or when she's lazy she just dabs on powder. But it works great for her. and she has horrible oily sking all yeah. Hope I helped
