My curling iron was very dirty and sticky from using it after hair spray, etc. Rubbing alcohol cleaned it nicely; just be sure it is unplugged first! Anyone have a better idea?
Actually, I go through all of the trouble of scraping the hairspray off with a paring knife, which is a pain in the ****! I'm going to try your rubbing alcohol next time. Maybe it will work on mine. Thanks for the info!
