What I'm envisioning for your "******" costume is coloring your hair black (with the black temp haircolors that comes in spray cans or whatever) then streak it red with temp hair color.

For color streaking I highly recommend "Hot Head". It has a comb with it, and you just squeeze the color out the bottle through the comb & comb it into your hair. It washes right out.

With the black & red streaks, hair style almost won't matter, but maybe pig tails or something. I have long hair myself, & I've used both the black spray-on hair color & "Hot head" streaks, both with great success

This is probably how I would've done it, but I'm sure there are people here with much brighter ideas than mine
