Are there any supplements or cremes or oils that would slow the effects of the skin losing its elasticity on the face? That is, is there anything that can slow the effects of gravity on the skin of the face? Are there certain vitamins and minerals that, if ingested orally, could improve skin tone and firmness?

I am on a similar mission. I went looking around and Nivea has a good firming lotion (for at night) and I was told a lot of people like L'Oreal's skin line, and they have one too. I bought a microdermabrasion kit from the brand SPA from Ulta today, that is supposed to help too. I will let you know if it works, and hopefully you'll get some great ideas here too!

Hi Apple,

If you go to the Skin Biology site they have products there for this type of problem. I have read great reviews on a few boards including this one about their copper peptide products. I haven't used this stuff yet myself as I've just ordered a couple things from there last night and I'm eagerly waiting. Check it out.
