does anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of marks or make them a lil less noticible, that are left from chickenpox??

ive justr ecently had chicken pox...id idnt pick at my face but ive still got red marks....i can deal with them but theres one a my chin and its really annoyign me, ive tried covering it with make up but it doesnt work....id have to reapply every few hours...and i dont really like having to do this and i dotn use alot of make up either..i dont like too much make up...so is there a cream or something?....that could be used on mu face, that wont coz spots..
