Dark hair & Pale skin - Beauty & Cosmetics Message Board

Here's the dilemma: SWIMSUIT SEASON COMETH AND I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM...how many of you have this horrible situation: Pale skin that hardly tans, and yet, dark hair. Even when I shave, you can see black dots on my legs if you look up close.

So, short of laser removal, which is way too pricey, what are you all doing to eliminate this nightmare?

I have this problem too- use a self tanner and / or a indoor tanning solution with a bronzer in it. You don't have to lay long in a tanning bed to activate the bronzers- 5 mins will do it. Try Believe by Designer Skin, it works well for me and its not too overwhelmingly dark so that it blends good then I use Neutrogena Self Tanning foam on my legs too. The bronzers will also work in natural sun- however, I have to wear sunscreen if I am going to be out longer than 45 mins or I will burn, so I use the tanning beds- but only in the summer and I cover my face- don't want to look 50 at age 30.
