Has anyone tried a tinted moisturizer they would recommend? I'd like to try something lighter than foundation but something that would still provide some coverage. Thanks!
I use Burt's Bees tinted moisturizer. I love it!! It covers well, but still feels very light and moisturizing. I also use Avalon Vitamin C Daily SPF moisturizer under it to protect my face. I would highly recommend both products. Neither product tests on animals and both use natural ingredients.
I recommend MAC tint with SPF15. It cost about 22.00 for a fairly big bottle. I use it when I don't need foundation, it last forever! I have yet to use a whole bottle of it in a year, but I toss it every Jan 1 and invest in a new bottle. It last forever, good stuff, comes in a lot of colors and matches with their foundations.
I absolutely SWEAR by Ultimas Glowtion. Comes in 3 different "shades" and has SPF. Someone actually mentioned I looked like I was glowing after I put it on, and they had no idea I had just applied my Glowtion When I use this lotion, I use no other makeup whatsoever!
I decided to try cover girl tinted moisturizer. Only because I had a coupon for it so I thought what the heck. Its actually pretty good. Nice and smooth with just enough coverage. I did break out along my chin tho a few days after using it, but that could be totally unrelated. I'll give it a week or so more, see if the breakout gets worse. If it does, then I'll pick a new one.
i liked the cover girl, i had no problems with it but i also really like the body shops tinted moisterizer, kinda smells funny but thats only in the bottle not when you put it on lol it was very light and gave me just a little bit of coverage, not alot though so if you want more than a little bit then ide try a shade darker because believe me the shades arent from one extreme to the other, or try cover girl
Just started using the Sonia Kashuk hydro tint last week. It goes on very nicely and doesn't go blotchy during the day on my combo skin. In fact it doesn't need much of a touch up at all after hours of wear. I also bought her loose powder and powder brush which I'd highly recommend. The light color matched my skin well though.
