Luckily I don't have lots of these yet, but your best bet in my opinion is to get some Retin A for it. It's around $30 for a tube, but it lasts a long time as you only use a little. It works for me, and I use it on my face as well.
Of course, you need to get it from a Dermatologist, BUT if you have insurance, it should cover a visit there, as it is recomended to see one to look your skin over anyway for any suspicious spots on your skin, kind of like a baseline to map any unusual spots. Kinda like having a mammogram, so to speak. After all, your skin is the largest body organ you have.
